September 3: Depart from your home airport to Catania. Sicily here we come!

September 4: Arrival and welcome to CATANIA International Airport. Transfer to Sicilia’s Residence Art & Spa Hotel in ACI CATENA. Depending on your flight time, meet some of the locals , stock up at the green grocer or supermarket and unwind by the pool . Dinner at a pizzeria with 50 different types of pizza and wine galore!
September 5: After breakfast we will head to ACI TREZZA to do some kayaking or take a boat ride where you can jump off and see the caves created by Mount Etna. You will have the option to go for a swim from a lido (note this area is rocky beaches and we will be swimming off of Lidos that you can jump straight into the water). Relax in the afternoon then off to an Etna vineyard for organic wines that are produced by a family that believe they are not just the owners but the guardians of the land ready to pass on to the next generations. Dinner at Piccolo Mundo

September 6: Trekking. We will get into the Etna Park , trekking on mountain trails in a spectacular landscape, with ancient craters, volcanic bombs, Mediterranean woods and endemic plants of the volcano. Equipment required: closed shoes or trekking/hiking shoes, fleece/jumper, windbreaker/waterproof jacket, cap/hat, water. Equipment provided: sticks if needed. Return back to hotel enjoy pool and relax until Sunset Yoga! We will be led in a yoga class on the roof of our hotel where you will see the sun set over the very volcano you just hiked on ! Dinner at Eszter and Alfred’s.

September 7: Early morning start ! We are off to the beach at 9 am for a boot camp session by our expert certified Cross Fit instructor Gianmarco! Then back to hotel for breakfast and a shower. Relax for a few hours under the Sicilian sun. In the afternoon, we will go to TAORMINA, the Pearl of Europe. Dinner at another great local restaurant.

September 8: After breakfast, we’re off to another part of ETNA to a villa for a kick ass boot camp session that will get you nice and sweaty! Then pool time followed by a Sicilian BBQ !

September 9: Transport to Catania International
Airport for return flights.
