Covid Cancellation/ Postponement/ Deferment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due to reserve your trip by deadline on itinerary, with FINAL PAYMENT due by date on itinerary.

NOT INCLUDED IN LAND COSTS:
• Tips/Gratuities and anything not mentioned in the itinerary
• Any pre or post hotel nights, car rental, private tours, and airfare
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is OPTIONAL at an ADDITIONAL COST OF $199.00 PER PERSON. Even with the best intentions, things can happen and for this reason we strongly recommend the purchase of insurance.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Cancellations must be received in writing (can include email).
The charges below will apply from the date we receive your written notice.
• The Initial Trip Deposit of $500 per person is fully non-refundable
• 60 to 50 days before departure you will lose 50% of the trip cost or deposit, which ever is greater
• 49 to 11 days before departure you will lose 80% of the cost of your trip
• 10 days or fewer before departure, you will lose 100% of your trip
• Price is guaranteed on a minimum of 10 participants.

Due to Italy's regulations (which are subject to change), you must be vaccinated* in order to go on an escorted tour with us. Be prepared with you’re vaccination documents before you travel.

Italy will allow the entry of travelers from the United States under the requirements of the E.U.'s Green Certificate. This means that U.S. travelers who can provide proof of vaccination, a certificate of recovery from COVID-19, or a negative PCR- or rapid-antigen test taken within 48 hours of arrival can travel to Italy without having to quarantine. The new entry requirements are effective as of June 21, 2021.

In addition to presenting these documents (proof of vaccination, recovery, or a negative test result), people traveling to Italy are still required to pre-register and fill out an E.U. Digital Passenger Locator form before boarding.

Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance
policy that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of
luggage or personal effects as well as trip insurance.
