In June of 2023, You, Me and Sicily will offer to first time travelers, experienced travelers, and our returning guests a life-changing adventure that will ignite love for Sicily, and enhance your knowledge history, art, culinary, and culture.
June 6th: Depart from your home airport to Palermo International Airport. You will arrive the next day. Note: if you want to arrive a few days early for PRIVATE touring or just to extend your trip, we can easily make all your accommodations
June 7th: Arrival and welcome to Palermo International Airport to begin your Sicilian adventure. Private Transfer to Paola’s villas. You will unwind, relax and enjoy a Special Sicilian Welcome Dinner made by Paola! Enjoy the Sicilian sunset and some vino your first night in-country! View the itinerary.
June 8th: After breakfast we’ll tour Palermo, Sicily’s largest city. The sounds, sights and ambiance of this historic city will touch you! From there we will travel to nearby Monreale and visit one of the finest Cathedrals in all of Europe. Dinner at a great local restaurant.
June 9th: Enjoy the infinity pool after breakfast. Mid morning we will head to nearby Castellemmare del Golfo for a fantastic walking tour of this great town! Dinner at a great local restaurant.
June 10: After breakfast, we will head to magical San Vito Lo Capo! If the weather is nice, bring a bathing suit and dip into the sea! You can enjoy the quaint shops, treat yourself to some great gelato or generally immerse yourself in the local culture for a few hours. You will have free time to roam around! Dinner at a great local restaurant!
June 11th: After breakfast, we will visit a ricotta farm and your will be treated to some scrumptious offerings. Then we will travel a short way to Segesta, the site of perhaps the most perfectly kept temples of ancient Greek antiquity. Set among the hills, this will be a truly remarkable day for you! Dinner at a local restaurant!

June 12th: After breakfast, we will travel south to the fabled fishing village of Sciacca. The town is also known for its ceramics. Next wine tasting at Cantina Barbera in Menfi. Dinner at a local restaurant.
June 13th: After breakfast we will visit the quaint village of Scopello and also pass by the natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro. Then we will have an authentic cooking demonstration at Paola’s and then we will enjoy all our work with some wine.
June 14th: After breakfast, we’ll have our last road trip to Trapani. First we start at the fish market and then head downtown which is full of beautiful churches, palaces, shops and cafes. Next a stop at the salt mines outside the city. Dinner at a great restaurant
June 15th: Today is a "relax" day in the morning and you can lounge around by the pool and digest the memories of Sicily. We will visit one last time Castellammare del Golfo for last minute sightseeing and shopping, or you can enjoy the nearby beach. That evening Paola will host a great farewell dinner.
June 16th: Transport to Palermo International Airport for flights home. Start planning your next trip to Sicily.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
Cancellations must be received in writing (can include email). The charges below will apply from the date we receive your written notice.
• The Initial Trip Deposit of $500 per person is fully non-refundable
• 60 to 50 days before departure you will lose 50% of the trip cost or deposit, whichever is greater
• 49 to 11 days before departure you will lose 80% of the cost of your trip
• 10 days or fewer before departure, you will lose 100% of your trip
